Didn't receive the titan loot

Hi everyone. I just defeated a 4* titan earlier today and I didn’t get the rewards. It didn’t even show me the screen saying “you defeated a titan”. For the first time I did the most damage so yeah… I’m kinda sad… Does someone knows something about this? Is it a known bug? Thanks in advance

If you click too fast, you can go past the rewards screen. I’ve done it once or twice.

You still get the rewards even if you don’t see the screen for whatever reason. You just won’t know what it was.

I have had a couple that flash for a moment and are gone. I think the phone treats my opening the program like a double tap.

I have had this twice myself and when i sent e mail to small giant they confirmed that I got loot

I didn’t receive my Titan reward. Log out an in a few times but nothing. Used 4 of my titan energy flask for the fight! Do they even read the messeges? What do they do about it?
