I did not receive emblems from Alchemy lab on 2/1 and game crashed during war battle 1/31.

Hi,

Note that you don’t directly receive emblems from the Alchemy Lab, only from trading in your shards. You can check back in your recent activity log to confirm if the trade went down. Access it by going Options → Support Tab → Recent Activity button. Then just scroll as needed.

Regarding War Battle Crash: 📵 Disconnected During War Attack /Titan /Network Connection Problem Caused Lost Attack, Flag, and Heroes in AW / Scored 0 Points on War Hit Due to Dropped Server Connection / Game Crashed and I lost my War Hit [MASTER]
