I agree with this… Cailin seems more versatile… and she dispell 1st and dispell all instead on Devana 3-dispell.

Caitlen on the other hands debuffs 1st so she just laughs at Ursena

Is this happen so? dispell is a negative effect.
And since V25 , it should be reflected/blocked.

Fixed a bug where Ursena’s and Mitsuko’s reflecting status effects were not blocking negative effects such as mana reduction.

Another silimiar, Mitsuko with Snowshite:
Snow White is killed on Mitsuko’s shields [WORKING AS INTENDED – changed in V25]

There was a change in how reflects work that are produced by mitsuko and ursena

Mitsuko reflect can’t be dispelled by blue

Ursena can’t be dispelled by yellow

So it reduced one of the main uses many had planned for costumed vivica

Cailtin is not a ranger, but if we use Ninja Troop, it can have chance to bypass the reflect.
