Hi everyone. I left my alliance to merc a titan and upon returning when hitting the “Request Join” button I get the message “You have already requested to join this alliance”. My alliance members don’t get the Accept/Reject message.

Means that your request is still pending & that someone hasn’t approved it yet.
The other possiblity is that an alliance member rejected your application. If that happens you have to either:
a) wait 24 hours to reapply or
B) have them set the alliance to open, join then change it back to “invite only”
Note: only Elders & above can see applications & accept/ reject them

Changing the alliance type to “open” should do it though
