I spent 300 gems and I got Balthazar un a acend . And it’s sowing difrent
It says on the display that the card contains the info of the heroes on max level, but ALL heroes summoned arrive unascended

It wasn’t regular hero soumon. It’s from shop maga chest . I would not buy that for 300 gems if I know. I would yus my gem differently for an apic if it was as you say
The picture on the shop always show on maximum stats. You get him on level 1
Im from germany but the display text is on the same position on every country:
“The above showing information showing the hero when he is getting the maximum stats”

…and it does not matter how you get on the summon. Buy with 300 gems or token from chest. The card is ALWAYS on level 1 and the hero is random. No gurantee to get a high classs hero

I just spent 300 gems for the Brawler combo I only got 2 out of 3 low level hero’s and nothing else. I didn’t get the 1 Epic hero token, 3 summon token, 2 epic Troops token and my 3rd hero that u was supposed to get… I’m so sad. First bug I experienced and it sucks because I was saving up my gems
