Do you get better chest rewards in other chests like monster, titan and war chest if you are in highest raid tier or doesnt that affect other chests ?
If you are in diamond tier, it only effects the loot in your raid chest.

a better question is - why would you? what does raid tier have to do with monster chest rewards?
