I am 99% sure that each hero is determined at the time of trianing & thus doesn’t matter if you remove them one-by-one or via the Claim All button…
Also doesnt matter if you claim them instantly as theyre trained or let it stockpile for months…
My testing:
Using my Beta Account vs. Live account. Essentially what happens in Beta is you IMPORT your LIVE game onto a separate server… All progress is identical at the point of importing (including stockpiled trainings).
I then collect trainings from one specific camp in Beta vs. in Live game:

So from these two little tests (small samples yes but…) I am pretty confident in saying that Trainings are determined at the time of Training Completing… NOT in advance and NOT at the time of collection
