There are calendars created, each month around the beginning type in the search - September 2024 tentative calendar and or - October 2024 tentative calendar and you’ll see it in the first post.
There’s some good people who create these so we can all plan our months gaming.

Official calendar probably towards the end of the last week of the month.
There maybe some unofficial (but usually highly accurate) predictions from our resident oracle @Elioty33 before then.

Best to look around 29th of each month you should start to see something.

If only the first part of that statement was true 
Elioty33 is a member of the player community and not an SGG / Zynga employee. Even though sometimes it feels like whoever does the official calendar waits for Elioty33’s predictions first 
If Elioty33 did decide soul exchanges then we would all be looking forward to it !!

Don’t be so sure about that. As a VC2P, I think I have done 3 exchanges so far (10 souls twice and 15 souls once), so I pass most of the time and I could be a narcissist so you all don’t have the fun of it while I have to pass 
except the one time I have 10 souls I could put a single great hero in here the rest could still be meh hahaha
JOKING, or maybe not, it’s classified…
