At the end of each turn

Can the mechanics of “at the end of each turn” attacks be changed. If there are minions and fiends on the board, plus passive attacks like poison or mindless attack, plus empowered tiles, PLUS at the end of each turn attacks, turns can take forever to play. I’m not asking to remove this attack, but change how it works to speed up the process. Think about it. 15 minions on one side, 15 fiends on the other, poison plus that end of turn attack feels like forever until you can make your next move.
