Almur's Poison doesnt work

They introduced something that can be read as passive permanent effect when the condition is met (wording “All enemies have -xxx as long as Realm ally has low health”) but they didn’t bother to implement it the right way. They just used current implementation of casting specials which means: condition is met (low health) then cast the -xxx effect with unlimited turns and being undispelable (or until the condition is not met). And now what can happen:

• monks can resist such effects, but it isn’t applied next turn or any other turn again even tho the condition still applies
• hero is revived (either by other’s special or thanks to Fighter talent), but it isn’t applied next turn or any other turn again even tho the condition still applies

So it doesn’t work the way it is described in Realm’s description. They should either make it work as it is described or change the wording.
