I couldn’t find the info I was looking for through the notes, and there are a lot of replies in this thread…
I remember there being mention that war matching didn’t take into account raid trophies; supposedly there was a time when people could cup drop which would change their potential opponents. I’m wondering whether this has come into effect again as I’ve noticed we’re matched with what I consider to be stronger alliances.
The past war performance metric doesn’t really seem to have much effect from what I can see. Though the leveling up of characters might be a larger factor.
