Definitely. The v. Fast tournaments and wars are not my favorite as a result. My point is that facing multiple Treevils is not an automatic loss

I personally don’t like something that “You have to fire first. Otherwise, it will be useless”.
If I face Joukahainen, I will use Helo instead who is less risky.

Looking at the Leaderboard, I don’t think anyone is 15-0 with AA defense. Unless they are facing weaker opponents, each win should average at least 560 points so max score will be about 560*15 + 1800 = 10200. The current leader is at 9852

4-1 offense today, a loss against the days only Tree tank again, other fights nothing much to mention about, bam bam a couple of Treevil specials and voilà. Killed the tank though with my last breathing hero so atleast some points were gained. Defense still 4-0 A, no new attacks yesterday nor today.

Zero and infinity against Rush tree tanks. Nothing I bring as a tree counter ever fires before the tree does, and one tree firing effectively ends the fight. (Even in Rush tourneys in which yellow is allowed, Tree’s stats always allow him to absorb what yellow tiles I can cobble together. Without yellow? pffffft)
Also, for reference, Gramps on defense does not have a 33% chance of resurrecting a fallen ally. The usual pattern of “defense = 90%+, offense = 3%.”

If it makes anyone feel better Tree is busted in 5* as well…and you can charge a lot of things in 6 tiles in Rush war.
Yes he has a much stronger supporting cast in my War defence but he’s still the tank and his special is still death to 5* teams as well.
Took them 4 flags to get me…

1st attack against this team. I think I see this name somewhere.
The start board is totally have no purple tile . However, there are enough blue and green tile to charge my Helo and Faize. My Helo and Faize fire constantly. I survive both enemy Treevil fire twice but there is still no purple tile until it is too late . When I charge my purple, enemy Treevil kill all my heroes . I have to say that if it is another Treevil instead of Joukahainen, I think I will win. And yes, it end with
2nd attack against no Treevil team with Faize at wing. The board is good and easy win

3rd attack against this team
The board start wing ok amount of purple tile but only few green and pretty many yellow. I get only 6 purple tile . The problem is that there is no more purple tile come until enemy Waqas fire twice. I fire my purple and kill him but he do too much damage to my team. And with too few green, my team can’t survive enemy Treevil who is about to fire in the next turn . At least, I can kill tank.
That is the end .

Lost my last flag today on last attack. As I made it to top 1% previous 2 tournaments without using any gems, I said why not, I’m doing quite ok.
Teams I faced today :
Only defense today where I used CB Tyrum, Tree, Helo, Tree, Faiez.
Faiez managed to fire, but a lot of place to put my tiles in thanks to not a very dangerous front, most dangerous heroes were at wing.
2 almost indentical defenses, 2 almost identical outcomes. Fairly normal boards + Budatin is literally a tile dumper, so obviously the defense team with Budatin tank was a lot easier.
Faiez was on wing so I went with Shrub, Tree, Helo, Tree, Faiez and no dispel for Shrub. He fired once in the fight and I just waited out his taunt. Tree tank was already dead, so I could afford waiting.
Well, very awful starting board here. Not just that, but also after I made a first move, literally 3 red and 3 yellow tiles combos created on the bottom, right under Tree tank and I couldn’t find anything except 4 purple tiles at the start. Charged literally no one before Tree fired second time. Rest of the defense team didn’t even matter here. I simply couldn’t even do anything to tank.

I think it is risky to not bring dispeller against this team. When the Shrubbear fire, you have to wait 4 turns. During those turn, Faize might fire and the unwanted cascade might hit the Shrubbear and he fire again.

One and out. Faced a Waqas - Faiez - Treevil - Bauchan - Maeve team and attacked with Faiez - Maeve - Treevil - Maeve - cTyrum. By the time I got the 7th Dark tile, Treevil had fired once and Bauchan just cut the mana. 4th Zero

I knew it, when I went into the fight, I risked it. I could have taken just 1 Treevil with Tyrum and Shrub, Helo and Faiez, but I didn’t think about it, cause that’s just how I am sometimes lol. 2 looses of mine were because of bad team compositions, rather than boards…

out in one. tried bringing Helo to counter Joukahainen and the Tree, no blue or purple tiles for me, zero. ending 12-4 and undefeated in defense. such is rush. in 5% with 9292 points. good luck to you if you’re still in it!
