I guess it’s for legal purposes. Especially in the EU any website owner must explicitly state who’s the administrator of your personal data. Since Zynga bought SGG, they’re now responsible of all the legal stuff I guess, despite forum rules stating the forum is “operated and owned by Small Giant Games”
