So this hasn’t been “fixed?” When MS first launched, they said it would not have a chance at the HotM. But I got Anoushka from it. I wondered if they ever changed it. Guess not. Congratulations.

Anyone who levelled him can give a feedback on him? I just pulled him and I am unsure what to do. His stats are relatively solid but I am unsure about his specials.

Er, what? I apparently missed some giant compelling, interesting, amazing news. I’d be grateful if you’d give me a link to where this is discussed because since I became aware of what critical chance is I use it as much as I can and if it’s been improved, I might just squirt! Thanks ever so much for nonchalantly dropping this gem into the conversation; I appreciate it!

I swear I read the release notes with a fine-toothed comb (though it’d prolly be better if I used my eyes, huh?), and yet that doesn’t ring any bells about critical chance during PvP. Then again, my brain is crufty so I’m not surprised it didn’t stick. 
I’ve now made a note about it so that, ideally, it will soon! I really appreciate your help (though I’m sad it won’t be helpful in quests) (not your fault, obviously!); it’ll be highly useful in PvP so I’m delighted and plan to take advantage in Saturday’s war! Thanks very much for letting me know, and Happy new year!

HotM special skill power budgets really hitting different.
And of course as soon as the HotM is even below average HotM levels, I end my year-long HotM drought and pull three of him in five days.

Usefull hotm for soul exchange as always. If hit with 550-600% then might have worth levelling.
