Hello!
Which one of the two should I max? It’s not for defense, it’s for my red mono. Right now I’m playing with Zimkitha, Garnet, Santa, Mitsuko and Gefjon. I have plenty of rogue emblems (marjana is my only 5* rogue) and no so much monks. Thanks in advance!

For mono I’d easily go Yang. Garnet, Santa, Mitsuko will all get their specials off more quickly because of Yang. Zim and Gefjon will get their second specials off more quickly. You lose a little bit of fire power, but higher base stats and the elemental link makes this a vote for Yang.
Emblems is the only reason I’d reconsider.
Another vote for Yang.

I have 2 maxxed and never use them: if no other option is available I go redless.
Another vote for Yang. The mana speed boost helps the whole team, especially slow Santa. And you already have Gefjon for a sniper; Yang will add much more to the team synergy.
I have both, the mana from elemental link is a big plus, but without emblems she is too squishi to survive long in mid- or higher diamond. Ig she di d there is no longer an elemental link! Normally I would vote for Yang Mai too, but if you have enough rogue emblems I would max Marjana first.
Sometimes high firepower is crucial, Gefjon is a superb sniper, but sometimes its not enough. Lately I had an overhealed Heimdahl tank, he absorbed the fire of Reuben+7, Gefjon+3, and died after Marjana+18 fired. Without her I might have lost…
