No, but it migh reset the duration (make it longer) if you cast them on different turns.

No, tried it. With 2 Wu, also with Revnir, no stack.
running 2 you just fire at different times to keep the bonus continuing , bit like proteus 
Does Kong ability stack with anything? What if I use him with a banner?
Yes. Wu Kong stacks with regulard +attack buffs.
Bold tusk, Zimkitha, Kiril, etc.

Here’s a thread with all the status effects in the game: 📑 Status Effects (Buffs and Ailments) and Stacks - Dead topic see link in post #190. I indicated in each status effect what it’s overwritten by. If it’s not listed, then it stacks.
Attack buffs that stack together with Wu Kong’s gamble 
(not recommended though, see this post for why)
Also stacks with attack down ailments:
(Alice’s attack down that resets with healing)
Gamble does not stack with (itself) nor 
(Ranvir’s mystic virtue)

Yes, Bear Banner is normal buff +att like BT or Kiril. So Bear Banner, BT and Kiril is replace each other, but stack with Wu.
