Wrong realms in some Valhalla heroes. Why?

I would like to know , its unlikely that Petri or a staff member to write here, why Frigg and Odin have different realms, odin has Midgard realm instead of Asgard one.

Is it due to the place where they born?

Is it to fill each realm with the same quantity of heroes?

I imagine so that thor would be Asgardian? I see thor more related to midgard than Odin for example

And it also makes no sense from a story telling point of view that Agnes & Bjorn don’t share the same realm either.
