Since Kingston is done I’m unsure what is best for raid and war defense 
any ideas?

What other blue and red heroes do you have?
I like Zim - Guin - Kage - Kingston. But depending on your other blue options that might change.
Unemblemed Aegir maxed, Queen 4-25 are the strongest, have kage2 maxed too.
Although I love Red Hood I would go with your rainbow team. My experiences with the beautiful Rotkäppchen and her Fuchslakaien were always good but on defense she wasn’t as good as expected. I think I was too much in love with her. So she had to go out of my defense team although I had to shed several tears. I would recommend it to you, too.
She’s been out of d for so long, I want her in for sentimental reasons, she was my first love (5star), oh have Hansel+19 too, but think he won’t fit in, maybe with family bonus someday. can bring her up to +10 with jacks emblems, I think she will be ready for sweet d.

Hmm, red hood on the wing won’t fire in time to be useful imo. Maybe for war, had zim and hood on the wings long time ago and opponents failed to clean up against those 2 alone multiple times by underestimating those 2 tricky hit all ladies

am I correct that you don’t see Frida on d? I don’t fear her too, although she hits so hard!?
I’ve got Frida. I love her (as I love my Evelyn) but they do me well in all offence but not on my defence.
Edited: I know that problem. One time, I stole all these emblems from good old Triton to feed my Seshat!

I’d go with Zim - Kage - Guin - Frida - Kingston then 
Tho Zim in the corner and Frida in flank are not ideal. But neither is Hood and I prefer Zim over Hood. 
Just know that with a blue flank and no GM on the other side you’ll be a prime target for green-stacked attack teams.

That’s it, jack lost his emblems, 3 pretty girls, a demon and Kingston (?boy?), i like the looks. Still undecided on kage/Kingston position, on flank Kingston can take the blue tiles that will surely come, on the other side kage is guins natural flank imo.

Except of Kage your team looks very good…just from the looks. They’re all very beautiful…well except ugly Kage. But it looks strong, too and that’s the point in the end. Have fun with them!

I’m also iffy on Red Hood myself… first red 5* and love her ability and design, but not sure on how she’d eventually fit on my D-team in the long run once I up Mitsuko.
Her skill hits for weak damage, and the foxes are fairly passive too. They do a good job of protecting from damage though which is nice.

I am waiting for a ton of revenges on that team now to know a bit more, switched kage (maybe he gets a good looking costume, or better a new mask someday 
) and Kingston too. In war we don’t face the crazy strong ones, since we’re a 19\30 alliance with about 43k warscore. Normally I have the strongest d on the field, we face higher leveled player, but not the best\most strategic ones, so I see an advantage and hopefully mistakes in attack teams on her
