SG has put in a self-limiting factor on these 5* all-healer teams: most use Healing Over Time. You can put Alberich, Ares, Aeron and Guinevere on a team, but only one of their healing effects can be active on any hero at a time. One reason why I’m leveling up Delilah ahead of Guinevere is precisely because of this overlap.

Thank you, that is very important information not available from the Summon Gate previews.

I will now change my personal priority from getting Alberich, then Ares then Delilah to Alberich, then Delilah then Ares when the old HotM become available again.

I don’t think that’s going to work out optimally for you.

Having two HOT’s is far more effective on defense than on offense: dispels are a thing against both every hero you mentioned so far and also variations in mana speed and position both affect timing to say nothing of tile hits on defense, so there isn’t as much of a limiter as one might think… though I agree Ares in a flank position is less than optimal, AW not withstanding.

Guin isn’t really a useful healer in the traditional sense anyway, nor is Ares. Guin on attack meh, and Ares = crit buff ftw.
