Did the Refill Timer slow down or has it always been 10 minutes per energy point? I want to say this was more like 6-8 minutes per point previously, although I can’t say for sure. Did this get tweaked?
Nope been 10 at least since I started playing back in early July.
Hmmm, I guess I just never noticed???

When you keep leveling up and refreshing the points you don’t notice how slow things truly are
