regen Regen At the start of each battle, this Hero regenerates 420 health over 6 turns.
In battles with multiple waves, the effect is refreshed at the beginning of each wave.
:hourglass: Ability: Defense Ailment Reduction
Reduces the effect of defense ailments by -80%. The effect applies to all enemies in the battle.
:dizzy: Special Skill: Madrigal of Mayhem
  • Deals 550% damage to the target.
  • The attack chains through all the enemies who are adjecent to any hit enemy, and deals minor damage.
  • All hit targets get -54% attack for 5 turns.
  • All hit targets are immune to new status effect buffs for 5 tuns.

Not a fan of chaining specials but her passives make sure she has a place in my heart for sure!

Seems like another hero that will make me pay for a bad board. I don’t love it.

Like the buff blocker on top of reducing attack. Ok damage. Neuters defense reducers though so be wary of that.

Before khufu’s buff, winnifred is stronger, but now I think Khufu is just way better at this point. Why bother with buff immunity and attack down when Khufu can just nuke the entire team at the same speed?

Are you nuts??!!!
We have problem already with Khufu and Goscheck. this one is getting worse and worse.
So it’s more like “1 Skill Wipe whole Team Game??!!”

only to one target, the rest is 275%. Khufu is still stronger

But don’t forget she does -54% attack and status effect prevention to all hit heroes, whilst Khufu only does EDD to one. So I’m not sure, on the fence who is stronger.

@PlayForFun can you please update this hero to reflect her buff (550% damage)? :slight_smile:

Sorry, I meant stronger dmg wise. I wish she did 550% to all since I pulled her. But El Nadda is taking my next set of tonics :frowning:

The OP is adjusted with tthese buffs:

  • The passive is now affects enemies only so allies no longer affected.
  • The family bonus is reworded, and now realms are included too.
  • Damage is increased to 550% from 380%.

Does her passive make defense ailment on enemies, or cast by enemies, weaker?

Someone will need to test as the passive affected all heroes in Beta so such question can not be occured there.

It would be logical to affect only the defense ailments casted by the enemy heroes to your heroes.

Otherwise it would be a negative effect which you do not want.

The text in the in fight ability says enemies only. But after insarnia fired, it showed my heroes still getting the full 44% defense down

As I recall from Beta, then the ailment itself was still 44% in your case on my heroes, but the effect is reduced. So the dealt damage is smaller due to lower defense down.

I tmdont think this passive is doing anything, on offense or defense the defense down doesnt appear to change (note my vivica is only 7/8 on skill)

As I mentioned above the ailment texts will not be effected by these passives.
The actual damage will be changed only.

Can you check that if you have this Bard hero with you and you apply the same defense down, then is the actual damage is changed ?

I think it should not have any affect, and if there is, then I think that is a bug as the ailments given by the opponents should have less effect only.

With 550% damage chains through all the enemies, I think the title should be “Bard of Destruction” instead :rofl:.

It’s minor damage for chained targets. So it’s probably just a smack on the head
