These are essentially the same normal enemies and boss from Normal S4 stage 36-2 (the one literally before the former)
Is this an intentional design decision to have triple the attack stat between two neighboring stages, in reverse? I feel like there is something very wrong here.
This also happens elsewhere in S4, where I experienced normal monsters doing triple the normal damage on one particular stage. Please check the numbers across the stages, I believe this is very much not intended.
