Why no support?- 9 days, no response to ticket

It’s been 9 days , I issued a support ticket for a problem receiving won items and zero response from support, this app is turning out to be just like all others. You pay real money app happy but as soon as you have a issue they act like there is no one in the building for help. I wish honesty and understanding would come back to the world.

Sorry they haven’t gotten back to you. From my experience they have al aye been good about fixing things.
