You’re new, right? Welcome.

You need to browse around and read some posts to get “Basic” level, then you can start a new thread.

Why the first guy created a new topic asking how to create a topic?

I believe one of the Moderators split his reply to a different topic into its own topic because they are brilliant and powerful like that. That way there could be a place for new people to be guided to in order to answer their question about making a new topic.

First welcome the forum
You need to have a certain reading time and replying to posts before being able to create a topic
Am sure the mods will be more helpful going to tag a few for you

Just start a new topic and say what you would like to say. When doing so, it will prompt you as to the category you’d like your post to be in, choose alliance recruitment.
