As posted by @MuadDib, this is something that WILL be added in the next PoV.
The Gold Avatar Frame is linked to the “Super Valor” purchase which will cost $29.99 USD. The Gold Frame will then be available for the duration of that PoV. After that you’ll have to buy it again on the next PoV.
