Actually Brienne becomes a 4* 3.60 equivalent so I would save the emblems and use Legendary training, or summons, to get Wu Kong, Boldtusk and Kiril. Even at 4* 3.60 those two work well with Wu Kong. Which one to use depending on the enemy or quest.
