Who to lvl (Fortuna, C Finley, Tethys)

Hi guyz, would like to ask for any suggestions on next blue to lvl

  • Fortuna
  • Tethys
  • Finley (with costume)

Currently these are my blue heroes list:

  • C Perseus
  • Himeros
  • Milena
  • C Athena
  • C Rumpelstiltskin
  • Miki
  • Magni

You could use blue dispeller. Fortuna is one, plus she has priority dispel, so no Fiend resist can save enemy. She’s good support hero that I see more and more of on defense.

Fortuna is a great support hero. priority dispell, fiends and a card that dodges almost always.
But if you do mono offense, then Tethys is amazing, She makes your blue team nuclear capable.
