Your second team is better. Joon makes for a really poor tank since he is so squishy. That being said, I’d Swap Anzogh to a flank spot and put Eve in the wing. His heal is based off total damage done, so if he is firing later on the match when some of the offensive heroes are already dead (hopefully!) he loses a lot of his utility. I suggest going Eve, Vela, Kunchen, Anzogh, Joon.
