My hero roster is going to explode soon. I gathered a lot of heroes which I am sure I don’t need but I have difficulties to decide which to get rid of:

Firstly I wouldn’t worry about how many slots you have left,I only keep ten or so spare for feeding, and just feed everything to my current project. I find it simpler - yes, slightly less efficient but I don’t care any more
If you want to feed some, dupe threes and Prisca would be my feeders

Well I think the roster problem won’t get better by the time so I already wanted to start cleaning the mess 
Prisca has Costume so I’d like to keep her at least for some time.
I see, I had the same problem when S2 were released, having to keep many copies of some hero for events and tournament purposes. I am now at level 73 with 203 Hero Capacity (I’m now at 250 
for Hero cap increase) and the I kept every unique hero I got.
I kept heroes like x4 Namahage, x4 Balthazar, a mix of Gato/Valen and so on for events and a copy of every other for 3* tournaments. I did the same for 4* but with the addition of some other heroes for war depth and I kept every single 5* I got, many of them are still at lv 1.01
In the end I think that of your dupes you could just keep
1 Guardian Bat, 1 Tyrum, 1 Kvasir, 1 Jarvur, 2 Gato, 1 By-Ulf, 1 Berden, 1 Mnesseus, 1 Rudolph and every other hero you don’t have more than one copy.
4* could always be useful for you war’s teams and I would advise you to not feed your 5* until the Hero Academy would be released, we never know until the end.
With your heroes the defense I would run would be
Poseidon - Ursena - Telluria - Magni - Marjana
About 5* dupes: Now that we know how HA looks like, you have to decide whether to use them as feeders or try to transmute them in HA10. Looks like you spend quite a bit on summoning, so HA10 might not be really interesting for you.
Some copies of Malosi I would definately keep. In theory, even all of them would be good for war. But probably that’s pretty unrealistic. There are so many other good yellows and ascension mats are hard to get. I would still keep at least a second or even a third one.
I don’t have Grimble. But I think one of him is enough. On the other hand: Minion killers get very relevant and higher ranked alliances you will face Telluria regularly. (Though I am in a top 3000 alliance and we barely face green tanks). But then I also read a lot that people are still underwhelmed by him… But since you have one at 3.70 already… just try out how you like him.
I would feed all the Tiburtus dupes.
Two Pixies can be useful, though her damage isn’t really high. I maxed three and I regret the third one.
Grimm dupe - not sure, I’d probably feed him. Though he is great, but no need for two I think. Even if you are still a bit short on blue.
Skittleskull - with your awesome green selection, not sure if I would keep any copy. She sucks, even with her costume. Only use would be superfast tournaments.
Ratatoskr I’d keep for now. Not sure if a second one is really useful. But 5* healers are always good to have.
Well, I am also not the best in keeping my roster clean… too many heroes I think “A second one of them could be useful in some situations. Maybe I get to level them at some point…” Especially five stars, I haven’t fed yet (though some will go to HA). So I don’t really see many that I would just feed without a second thought… maybe buying roster space is the solution
