The community has been a huge bonus for me over the last 3 yrs, so I pose another question. I have 6 scopes! Which Blue should I ascend next OR should I wait for something better?

Cobalt, Skadi, Glenda, Raffaele would all be duplicates of heros I already have leveled and emblemed. The others would be new to my roster. Here is a list of my fully leveled Blues:

Since you only have Raffaele as healer, maybe Alexandrine would not be bad as a second healer + crit boost for tiles for (Mythic) titans
TBH - I was leaning toward a 2nd Cobalt or Alexandrine as I started leveling her to get her to 3/70 at least. My only hesitation is whether I should hold out to either get 12 scopes or something better comes along. I have Colbalt, Onyx and Garnet so I can leverage their innate ability to dodge. Thus, how frequently would I really use a 2nd Cobalt in my game play other than war and tower events?
To be honest my preference is variety so my vote goes to Alexandrine

Here’s a completely different opinion. I like it hard and fast in offense and I mostly play mono. So for me it’s Fenrir or Misandra. Additionally mana support.
If all of these new heros hadn’t come out, I probably would be doing Misandra at this time. I got her from the Tavern awhile back and she has been in consideration after every Blue leveling project. But I think Alexandrine makes sense. My Blue healing options are limited as far healers go with Raffaele and Kirin as my only healers. Ariel has eluded me all this time, so Alexandrine can help some.

The tile critical from alexandrine is great.
I would bring Alex to 3/70 at least, try a few to see if you like her. If you have plan to pull many, we have some good blue coming.
Considering your roster, I really don’t think it makes any difference… just flipp a coin…
