I’ve searched. The most recent I found was Nov ‘18. I think that’s because people have accepted it can happen.
I won’t claim there are no other pictures more recent here. There is the Show me Your Rewards thread and Ridiculous Bragging Thread which have a lot of images, but those are too slow to load and search. However, feel free if you want to try.
