You only have 4 fully ascended heroes, one of each colors except blue, no choices in those colors (defense). I will pick Sonya over Isarnia/Grimm in defense due to her dispel.
Do you only have 20 heroes? You have 3* for challenge events/tournaments, aren’t you?

If you want to se all fives, then choose from the top line, Kong isn’t very good . You’re probably a bit too healer heavy though
I think Kunchen is your best tank, maybe Onatel and Isarnia flanks. MN left corner, not sure other corner, as Anzogh is ineffective at corner. Probably Sonya

Onatel is a better tank than kunchen I would go

In that case Isarnia should be flank.
I have more trouble against Anzogh than Onatel when using 3 strong color stacking.
