Got Khufu, Octros, C Marjana, Elisabeth already LB as Red.
Have Alucard and Hypnos at 4/80 * 20 Emblems.
Who should I spend the LB mats on? Or should I wait for another red of mine sitting at 3/70 (Erebus, Sekhmet)

Alucard is a must for minions
I play them both together in Raids. Probably would play Hypnos more in defense. So from a using point of view he would be probably more in use. I guess I answered my own question.
Hypnos, He has a very powerful and important skill. Buff block. He can function on offense and defense with great success. Alu can wait as he is good on his own without LB.

It depends if you are looking to improve your defence teams or going for a stronger offence.
