What player level can attack a titan

HI, I’m a newbie and I took no notice of what level I was when I started attacking titans. Do you remember?Asking on behalf of my alliance. TIA

You just have to be able to join an alliance, which is an option starting at Level 4.

(By contrast, Alliance Wars can’t be joined until Level 12.)
