for those wanting to become full FTP, this FTP Rebellion thread and the associated Discord (find link to it in the first post) are full of helpful people with good advice if you want it 
@Luna hopefully you will need much fewer than 100 depending on where your typical trophy count hovers.
for the record, I used 9 raid flasks (and 2 hours!) to climb from 2600 to 3002 - though that was some time back in November 2020, details here I think it will be a bit harder now with the introduction of so many new heroes, but hopefully you won’t need 100
