It is really random or is there any plot beneath this disgusting (sorry, but it’s really disgusting for me)
summon results such as they want to users to spend more money for Hero Academy or something?

Low odd, merciless RNG without mercy timers work this way

Like a casino, Zynga/ SGG do not need to rig the results.

If 100 players run 2x Legendary training ( RT20 ), after 8.4 years, the 100th player will have ZERO copies of green 5* Lianna but roughly 306x Classic 5* heroes.

Since there are only 15x Classic 5* heroes they can have, the 100th player will average 20x copies EACH of Horghall, Quintus, Vivica, Elena, Isarnia, Justice, etc.

Atlantis summons, and Legends summons ( new type coming soon ) will give you even worse odds for completing a full set and players will get even more duplicates.

If 100 players are running 2x Legendary training ( RT20 ), it will take 8.4 years for the 99th player to get Lianna, and the 100th player will STILL not have Lianna.

Merciless RNG sucks.

But Devs have promised us shards, if the game lasts long enough
