I understand the floating war forces. But not on that scale. What is going on? The opponent has 100/100 arrows 30000 is joke!
Well , it’s almost impossible to tell from the pictures whether you really experience an unfair match or not. 
Did you check their (and your) war score directly after match up? A couple of players might have changed their war participation preference on both sides.
How many players are on either side of the battle field? Are their defenses overpowered compared to yours? However, they might have been on a losing streak, while your alliance won most of the last wars. So many parameters…
Good luck in your war anyway. 
One alliance has 18 members. The other has 27. The alliance with 1.5x the members has 1.5x the score.
Can’t guarantee it’s all good but seems reasonable to me.
