Even whales want to see community aspects improve and are usually the ones willing to pay for it.

And yet for Christmas all we got was a typical shallow cash grab from SGG.
Too bad they don’t ever acknowledge these forum posts and community feedback.
The most common motivation for people staying with E+P that I read about here is the community aspect and alliance mates… yet very little development has been announced to improve that side of the gaming experience.
