Leveling up from level 59 to level 60 my We did not refill only my TE refilled

Hiya, unfortunately this seems to be the first that this has occurred… Or at least been reported to the forum.
Best bet is to #contact-support and create a support ticket.
Personally I levelled up to level 60 last week and got my full set of refills as usual.
