I unchecked myself from my Alliance’s wars and was given a warning that I wouldn’t be eligible for war chest loot.
I continue without really thinking, then afterwards I realized I should wait until we open the chest to stop participating.
Question: have I screwed myself already? Or by opting back in before the next match marking I will still be eligible for war chest loot?

As long as you opt back in before Matchmaking, you’ll still be eligible for participation credit on the War Chest, and get loot as usual.
Since war chest participation is a % that varies war to war
You can opt out of 1 war, opt in on the next, still get loot but you’ll get less loot due to participating in less than 100% of the wars that filled the chest
