when the system make the matching , It is done even before the preparation of the war?
Its because i want to know the exact time to kick off the inactive members , So they dont participate in the matching.

There is a countdown before matchmaking, it happens before preparation phase.
Ours is in 8h.
I’ve seen somewhere that the player must be on the alliance on the start of prep phase. That’s why they put a countdown on your war tab. When you have your enemy shown it’s too late. You have 8 more hours now to do something
