It seems that the visual of our war chest after the current war got bugged. It stayed like this, and we could open it with no problem. It is not a big deal, but just to check if it was only us or some more aliances.
After opening, it stayed at 21/25 without the glowing mark for a while, before turning into the expected 1/25.
