Last 2 wars finished, and not moved up from 19/25 yet some members moved onto 20, some haven’t
Were the people affected opted in? Did they fight?
I suggest sending a support ticket in game

All members tht whr opted in some had it stay the same some moved up
Did they all use at least one flag?
