War chest showing incorrect count

Our war chest should be at 24 after our recent defeat, but shows at 25

I’m accessing via in game support, but there is no option in the “three vertical lines” to submit a ticket…am I missing somthing?

It’s actually 3 horizontal lines for the menu on mobile (top right, next to Sign In):
