Self-explanatory, I think it would be nice to add some voice acting for the Heroes.
Other Gacha-based games, mainly Anime-inspired ones, also have voice acting for the available characters, so why not?
Besides, it could add some personality on the Heroes. Some can be hammy, some can be more subdued, and others can be jolly.
