I did not get him either in my 33 pulls from saved epic hero tokens. TBH, I was hoping to get Aegir as bonus draw, and I did not get him either

You’ll lose a lot of cups with Victor as a tank vs keeping Ares as your tank.

Maybe. The same as keeping GM as tank. I hunt GMs more often as compared to Guin. I just make 2 teams to play these 2 tanks. And a third neutrally strong team to play most other tanks. Diamond is boring to play sometimes. More fun when I see the occasional Elkanen or Richard as tank. Sometimes even Azlar or Marjana. 
To me his best usage doesn’t involve to blindly attack only one target but to let him prevent that juicy heal while not being killed.
But the fact that his DoT stack sure is nice for titans.

Come next Thursday, I’m going to try and pull a Victor of my own since Mitsuko isn’t out yet. I have enough materials to max him and hopefully the Zimkitha I pull as a bonus.
