I currently run a rainbow with wu kong, riguard, sonya, zeline and red hood all maxed. i have enough materials to ascend either vela, richard or missandra. which do you recommend? also waiting to ascend joon just need 2 more darts.
Based on that information alone I would say Richard so you have a decent tank.
Vela is a good support hero and Misandra is good in the flanks or wings to a good tank.
However none of the heroes you listed at max are good tank so…
Richard is my vote as he’s a pretty solid (not fantastic but solid) tank option.

In my honest opinion, I would max Richard. He is a good tank and you won’t be disappointed.
Plus hope you get his costume.
