V20 Blurry hero cards on load, then come into focus

After the update to version 20, most hero cards come in blurry, and then immediately come into focus. It is similar, but not identical to the blurry cut scenes in the Atlantis levels.

I saw the same thing in V19, so I don’t think this is a new bug, at least.

This happens with every update i believe it has to do something with the cache memory of the phone where it needs to render at least once
