@BlackZed this seems to be the new lowest cost of summon - $0.99 each compared to D2 of Wardrobe Wonders which comes out to $1.2 (if you purchase all 3, thus totaling 25 pulls).
Also, the cost of a 10 pull for costume chamber increased to 3K gems it seems?
Yes,the cheapest offer to date. Similar to ToL. 3000 coins for S$44.98 / US$29.99.
I added that new offer to my older post on Costume offers, since they are related.
Think gem cost remains unchanged.
Portal with minimum 350 gems per summon come with a bonus chest.
The original portal only contained costumes. No original hero. Summon was 300 gems then. No chest.

Those 11000 offers are generally lacklustre unless players want gems mainly. Or they come with some aethers.
