My question has to do with the hero academy. As your aware the Hero Academy takes a great deal of resources and time to max. If you factor in the advanced storages needed for construction and level 10 training (3 advanced food and 1 advanced iron) it would take over 240 days if builder time and roughly more than 100 million iron before you can retrain legendary heroes.

Given the large amount of time, effort or money needed to finish the building, are you satisfied with the return on the investment the building provides to players?

Are there any plans to improve the hero academy provide better value to players, such as; adjusting the odds on the legendary training, changing some of the less popular training options to make them more useful ( such as HA levels 5 or 8) or allowing the building to run 3 functions at the same time similar to the Alchemy Lab?

Nothing new to add. Just +1 to cheaper roster space increase and a pity mechanic. The question specifically “Why so disagreeable to something that would make the community happy?”

How does SG plan to address power creep? I’ve been playing E&P for almost 3 years now. I’m cheap-to-play but I don’t have the latest and most powerful heroes. Sometimes I feel challenged but sometimes I get frustrated with raids and wars. Hope you’ll consider this question.

My only question is why alliance leader can’t see how many flags or what score did your teammates on Mythic Titan? Do you plan to implement this feature in game if yes, when?

– and what message will it be? A couple of hot words to the raider?

I am grateful to the SGG that they did not make such a “messenger”, a one more source of a hash.

Does the company truly have an incentive to make any meaningful changes that benefit the entire player base? I ask somewhat tongue in cheek as I know that this question will likely not be answered, and if it is, the answer will be a canned corporate message along the lines that SGG is “working hard to address all concerns, etc etc”.

I am largely unfamiliar with game economics, but with seemingly fewer and fewer people spending real dollars, I don’t see a huge incentive to cater to the large majority that spends little to no money. I wonder if we actually matter, or whether we are simply annoying little gnats that need to be swatted every now and then.

When are Devs going to listen to the players and actually do something meaningful with completely irrelevant 5* heroes??? Noor, Clarissa, Boss Wolf etc. All need HUGE buffs, yet ignored and Miki who is overpowered already, gets another buff etc

How do you feel working for the EA of the mobile games?do u have trouble sleep at night thinking the casino odds you are offering to people?

My entire team is having heartburn with the new update. I can’t even find it on my IPad or phone

  1. It was envisaged by the design that the strategy boils down to the fact that you need to guess what color of tiles will be more on the board?
  2. Why in the game exist heroes like Alfrike for example who’s broke the game (fast tournaments and wars)? Seems like Telluria after release
  3. Why doesn’t this game have periodic FREE GLOBAL balances (not costumes, limit breakers, emblems and etc)?
  4. Are any of staff still playing this game? Which level?

How long does it take to develop a new season for E&P from concept to production? How large is the project team that works on such an initiative?

What is the source of inspiration and ideas for new seasons?

How much Influence has Zynga on Development of new features?
Ofcourse Zynga has a economical interest, where as you as a Developers may have interests in your community too. To be more precise, features like the Hero Academie doesn’t bring much money for Zynga, in fact it may cause a loss, if people spend less money on summoning.
But the Hero Academie was promised to be a solution for duplicates.
It would be great if you give us insight on Decisions, when interests collide.

If I have to word it as a question…

Can you please, for the love of God almighty, please give us the option (either from the settings menu or in the hero roster) the option to remove ‘on a team’ status from sorting? It’s literally the most frustrating thing from a UI design perspective to hit a button that should sort something and have it not do that. When I sort by Power, it should sort by (Power DESC). Not (team DESC, power DESC).

There are literally chapters in fantastic UI books dedicated to bad functionality that doesn’t match the user expectation like this. After 3+ years of playing, I would be so happy to see this solved.

It would make me more happy than suddenly everyone understanding that boards are actually random and not biased.

Daily content is Very obsolete. Could you reconsider to put some veriety into our daily tasks which are not changed since beginning of EP??

There are two things I’d love to know if they’re possible or havr been looked into. I 've posted on the improvement suggestion thread but have come to feel like it doesn’t even get looked at.

-private message feature: I’ve lost a number of players over the years simply through miscommunication; also being able to speak with alliance co-leaders without blasting the general team chat or setting up a third party app would be nice.

-a way for alliance leaders to reward teammates for milestones. I feel like this would motivate people to be more active across all fronts, and help them feel like their time is appreciated.

Besides asking about duplicate heroes and the unwanted non S1 costumes/limit breakers that almost everyone here is asking about…

  1. Why is the alliance part of mythical titans not percentage based like the top single hit/total damage? My alliance does pretty well (I think we were top 8,000 last time) but we have no chance at being top 1,000. This is frustrating knowing we have no chance and makes me not want to try after I get top 1% for single and total damage with 6 flags. There’s no reason to. If we could get a top 10% or even more reasonable top x tiers where it wasn’t just the top alliances fighting it would make it much more worth it to not only try more myself but try to get others to. As it stands it seems more like a “top 1000 alliance event.”

  2. I know Hero Academy 10 is not the duplicate hero solution, but can we please be able to queue more than one training? Even just a 2nd training. My problem is I liked having it every Sunday… but then it kept creeping later and later until it was Sunday night and then Monday morning, and keeps getting later and later. If I could just queue a second training I could pick when I wanted it and not have to worry about having a work meeting and missing it.

  3. Everyone is asking for raid replay, but I think all we really want to see what team was used to attack us. We don’t need to be able to watch what they did, just to know what heroes they used. Are there any plans to do anything like this?

  4. Why were the Valhalla Forever bonuses nerfed so much compared to Atlantis Rises? The seahorses are rare in AR and finding one is exciting… you know you will get something good. Not only is there no loot increase in VF but finding a gnome is not at all exciting… its almost always some farmable item that I do not need. Currently the only reason I am using any loot tickets or flasks during VF is to finish up the avatar missions. Once they are done (and they almost are) I see no reason to use any flasks or loot tickets in VF. I get that you wanted to try something different and make more interesting rewards (the emblems are nice) but more often than not it is not worth it. Are there any plans to improve this? Maybe make it so there is always at least 1 or 2 Valhalla tokens along with the existing reward (which could be more tokens). At least this way we will always get something worth it.

Hello, thanks for the opportunity.
Can we get a couple of sentences added to the Terms of Service please:

  1. Game rewards are random and not affected by the players spending patterns, previous loot rewards, etc. This includes Summon Portal, Hero Academy, Training Camp, Event Rewards, and Tournament results.
  2. Starting game boards and frequency of tiles are random, insofar as they are not influenced by the players team, past results, or any other external factor or pre-determination of who should win the match.

I’ll wait patiently for your response.
